We pride ourselves on the fact that every order gets personal attention to detail from the beginning to the end of each custom order.  In an effort to allow for adequate time frames for each order and to keep dates from getting uncomfortably full, all orders must be approved prior to placing them online. This allows us to guarantee each order receives proper processing time and the attention needed for creative purposes.  Refunds that are needed for unapproved orders will be charged a 5% refund processing fee.

 

ADDITIONAL NOTE: All cookie orders are for local pickups only.  Shipping is NOT available for any custom cookie order or holiday pre-sale item.  Order pickups will only be available Wednesday - Saturday during the hours of operation listed on the store hours. If an order is needed for Sunday-Tuesday, please request a Saturday pickup prior to the weekday that it is needed.
